Cancellation Policy

We value each of our clients and want to serve you in the best way possible. We ask for at least a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. This allows your provider time to hopefully fill the appointment.

We are a small business and rely on your support to stay in business so no-shows are required to pay for 50% of the service that was scheduled before rescheduling any future appointments. If the invoice sent does not get paid, no future appointments will be made. The 50% charge is not applied to any future services or products. 

If you decide a product is not for you, we ask that it be returned within 14 days for a full refund. We do not refund services.
